However, you need to be careful and know your limit when doing this as the heavier you go the more dangerous it can become.

This is one of the most important things you can do but most people ignore it. Over time our bodies get used to the exercises we do and they tend to decrease the effectiveness. Because of this, it’s important that you change your work out from time to time. Six weeks is a good interval for you. You can repeat some exercises but try to change the majority as this will challenge your body more. On the other hand, it can also make things fresh and interesting.

No matter how much you work out the food you eat can have a huge impact on your health and wellbeing and you need to make sure that you look into these things. A healthy diet and good sleep are vital for a healthy body.
