JACKSONS Hill Reserve will eventually be full of colour following the planting of 286 trees by volunteers on Friday's National Tree Day.
The volunteers from developer Australand, including Natalie Stoppa (pictured), and Hume Council staff got stuck into the planting.
Australand's sustainability manager, Antonia Jakovac, said the initiative was aimed at employees engaging with the community.
"National Tree Day is a perfect opportunity for our employees to work with the council and community to improve our environment".
It's the fourth year that company volunteers have taken part in Australia's biggest community tree-planting event.
