SUNBURY'S Jai White and Aaron Knott last Wednesday realised every footy fan's dream when they trained with their heroes.
The boys, both 11, were nominated by their club, Sunbury Lions, to take part in the McDonald's good sport award clinic. Both play in the under-12s.
AFL stars Lance Franklin, Marc Murphy and Jack Riewoldt imparted skills to the youngsters.
After the clinic, the boys said they would show their skills to their teammates at training.
"We were shocked when they said we could go to the session. We got to do goalkicking, marking drills, skills and used the tackling bag."
