Lee James on fire in BFL

SUNBURY forward Lee James has struck top form on the eve of the finals in the Ballarat Football League.

He kicked seven goals as the Lions belted Bacchus Marsh by 76 points at Maddingly Park on Saturday in the last home and away round of the season.

Joseph Cariss chipped in with five goals.

Best players were Jamie Lobb, James, James Petran, Brenton Sutherland and Scott Lobb.

Sunbury plays Lake Wendouree in a do-or-die elimination final at Eastern Oval in Ballarat this Sunday.
