Clarkefield Primary School pupil Ricky McCubbin has developed an environmental eye at a young age. He won the grade 1/2 section of Western Water's National Water Week primary schools' poster competition. He is pictured showing his winning entry with Western Water managing director John Wilkinson. The competition had 671 entrants from 20 primary schools in the region. Another of Ricky's designs is in the running to be included in the Environment Protection Authority's annual calendar.
