ROCKER Rod Stewart still has it. That was the feeling from the audience at Saturday's epic performance at Hanging Rock.
The rock star, musician and entertainer charmed a sell-out crowd of 12,500 at the outdoor venue.
His show, titled The Hits, featured all his best-selling songs, including Love Train, Tonight's The Night and an unplugged version of Have I Told You Lately.

The guest performer was Diesel.
Frontier Touring's Michael Gudinski, who brought Stewart to the Rock, said he was in "fantastic form".
"There was a great presentation of the show; he really did entertain the crowd," he said.
"The whole night couldn't have worked better. I love how the area cools off at night, and it certainly was a great night.
"Everyone I have spoken to said they had a great time. There were a few people who had a bit too much to drink, but there really was no trouble. Performances at Hanging Rock are really enhancing the region."
Mr Gudinski said he wanted to build on the performances already held at Hanging Rock, which include Leonard Cohen's show in November 2010.
"We would really like the council to get federal and state [governments] funding and really develop the site. It's a very expensive exercise to set up just for one night and everyone understands what we're trying to do to improve the site.
"Instead of holding a one-off show, we would like to hold a few shows within a month, but steering away from the younger acts. We want to keep the laid-back atmosphere. It's something we'll definitely look into. We've really got the foundations right and are looking forward to sitting down with council and nutting out the potential in this.
"We've had a really strong start and two amazing artists. This area is pretty special to me. I spend a lot of time here so this is much more than just another concert for me."
